The Process
Leo Architecture offers a free site visit consultation! We specialise in planning applications, architectural designs and building regulation drawings.

Initial Site Consultation
Right after the briefing, we develop a set of drawings reflecting the ideas discussed and your needs.

Concept Design
The agreed design is being submitted for Planning Authority approval.

Planning Application
Once the planning is approved, we produce a set of detailed Building Regulation Drawings in preparation for the construction works.
